Honestly nothing to complain about. Chilled-out base for traveling to Gainesville and exploring local places. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Very easy to get from Gainesville Regional airport, just 0.5 miles.

The location was fantastic for exploring Gainesville.

I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. The mattress was both uncomfortable and caused sleepless nights. The noise from other guests was disruptive.

Couple's Budget-Friendly Escape

The staff was friendly and patient, made a difference. We got a nice, freshly renovated room, very neat place, and the AC blasted!

It was a bit pricey for what it was, but still acceptable.

Received a refreshing and renovated room with clean bedding and a tv. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, keeping the room cool . The location was convenient for accessing local attractions. The mattress was uncomfortable, feeling both soft and hard at the same time were nice. I encountered some noise from other guests who were quite loud throughout the night . Encountered an issue with bugs in the room, quite off-putting .

during my recent stay, I loved how close the hotel was to both the historic haile homestead, just a little over half a kilometer away, and bvins arm, only about 500 meters away, making for perfect serene walks in the city and beautiful scenery.
